Ability Books will take great care in securely packing your products. We take no responsability once posted via registered post.

Delivery Timeframes
www.abilitybooks.com.au may not have selected books in stock , therefore will have to order the product from the distributors.
Ability Books aims for the maximum timeframe for orders to be dispatched to be fourteen working days. In the case that a book will take longer than fourteen working days an email will be sent to you with an estimated time frame. Please be assured your books will be dispatched at the earliest possible time.

Postage and Handling Rates
Postage and handling rates will be added once all items have been selected and before finalising your order. All orders are delivered via registered post (this way parcels can be tracked) the cost of postage + handling + registered post amount will be the total amount payable.

Addressing
In the case that Ability Books sends your items to the incorrect address then Ability Books will be responsible for the restocking and resending of your items.
If the customer enters the incorrect address then Ability Books are not responsible to resend items.

Pricing
The prices shown on the website are bellow the RRP set by the publishers. These prices are our sale prices however Ability Books will at times run promotions with further discounts. Ability Books has the authority to change prices without notification. All prices listed on this website are in AUD (Australian Dollars).

Sales/Discounts
Promotions and discounts will be put in place for a specific timeframe. Once this time has ceased Ability Books will return the price to the original Ability Books discounted price. When purchasing items ON SALE no other discounts can be used including coupons.

Coupons
Ability Books may release coupons to discount future orders. These coupons will have a expiry period and if not used within this period then will be no longer valid.

Ordering outside of Australia
Ability Books is set up to only accept Australian Dollars. If you would like to place an order from outside Australia please place your order via email stating clearly the Title and the amount of copies you would like along with the currency you would like to pay in. An invoice will be sent to your email with payment and postage options.

All prices are displayed excuding GST. The GST is added to the order before you agree to purchase.

Book Reviews
Customers are encouraged to leave feedback about books that they have purchased from Ability Books. Reviews will be removed if they use demeaning or offensive language or are non constructive. Reviews will be removed at the discretion of Ability Books Management.
